In recent years, the food quality and safety testing technology in China has been developing continuously. Strawberry is a popular fruit. The detection of strawberry includes its maturity, sugar content, appearance other parameters. Through application effective technology, it can provide model support for internal quality, maturity identification different varieties strawberries. this paper, near-infrared spectroscopy studied. First, advantages disadvantages are introduced, based explored.
